Price Increase for 2026
To maintain the high quality and innovation you expect from us, we will be implementing a modest price increase effective January 1, 2026. This adjustment is driven by two key factors:
1. Increased component costs due to new tariffs on electronic imports, impacting our modem production
2. Rising development and support costs associated with DevCom software, driven by inflation and salary growth
While we have absorbed many of these costs for as long as possible—holding DevCom pricing steady since 2019 and only adjusting modem pricing once since 2023—a change is now necessary to ensure we can continue supporting you with reliable, up-to-date products.
What’s Changing:
1. HART Modems: Price increase of $50 per unit
2. DevCom Software (all platforms): Price increase of $50 per license
3. Bundles and Kits: Adjusted accordingly to reflect the above updates

HM-GW-x HART-IP Gateway Now Available
The HM-GW-x HART-IP Gateway was released today. We have 4, 8, 12, and 16 channels versions available. Connect your HART field devices to the Gateway and monitor your devices remotely via an Ethernet connection to the Gateway. Use any flavor of DevCom (Windows, Android, or iOS) or any other HART-IP capable software to read live measurement data, device status, and make configuration changes remotely.

Tablet Specs for Kits Updated
Data sheets and tablet descriptions were updated to match the functionality of the tablets we are currently shipping. Tablet models are in constant flux from the manufacturers which is proving to be a challenge to keep the documentation current. As always, contact us if you have specific tablet requirements and to make sure what we ship matches your requirements.
The good news is the tablet shipped is generally better than the published tablet specs. Devices keep getting faster and more capable every day. So why buy hardware that you cannot update?

Website Makeover
The new ProComSol, Ltd website went live today. After many months of development work and reviewing user suggestions, the website was updated, modernized, and expanded. A helpful new feature is the Product Finder. We now have many products in different categories of Protocol, Operating System and Interface that is became hard for users to determine what products matched their needs. We fixed that!
